Hardships
The Board of Directors understands that things happen and you may experience a hardship. If you are experiencing a hardship and can not afford the HOA fees, please reach out to Jim Hordis. The BOD is willing to work with you. We would rather not have to file on you in court and add another $7,000 to $8,000 to your bill in legal fees. The HOA does offer payment plans. We can not stress this enough, please reach out to Jim Hordis.
Trash Removal
July 17th, 2023
Dear Residents,
Beginning this week (July 17th), trash and recycling collection for the Association will now be handled by Affordable Waste Services, LCC. This decision was made based on the recent service problems we have experienced with AJ Blosenski.
Our trash days will remain the same (Tuesday and Friday), however, recycling will be moved to Tuesday. Please be sure to place your trash and recycling at the curb the evening before the scheduled pickup day.
To schedule a bulk pickup, please contact the trash company at 610-466-5604. Our service included one (1) bulk item unit per month without additional charge. A fee may apply though for special items. Any associated fee is the responsibility of the resident requesting the service, not the Association. Please be sure to schedule your pickup for your bulk item before placing it out for collection.
The Association has also made a change in the trash rules. All trash MUST now be in containers with sealed lids. Plastic bags will no longer be permitted.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we worked on a solution to the trash collection issues.
