- Any Color changes MUST be approved by the Association prior to any change.
- Only the FIVE (5) approved colors are permitted
- Colors are on a first come first served basis
- Homes MAY NOT have the same color as any home next door to them on either side
- Shutters and doors MUST be the same color.
